A perfect location for your next escape to Taupo, whether you're traveling with family, friends, or colleagues. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home is nestled in the heart of one of Taupo's newest subdivisions.
Enjoy the convenience of being just a stroll or bike ride away from the lake via a scenic pathway and underpass. Nearby, you'll find two playgrounds, the Kokomea Village Shopping Centre offering a supermarket, gym, and liquor store, and The Landing—Taupo's latest entertainment destination.
Our family-friendly hub features a pool table, board games, kids toys and books.
For your comfort, there is a heat pump for cooler months and air-conditioning for warmer days, ensuring your stay is pleasant and enjoyable year-round.
Room Configuration -
Master Bedroom with Ensuite: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Single Over Double Bunk Bed
Parking – 2 x off street parking + on street parking. There is no parking in the garage due to having the pool table in here. The garage can be used to store bikes and other valuables.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who uses professionally laundered linen & towels.
Exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
Security cameras – there are two cameras at the front of the property for security purposes only.
