Stayed a night and loved it. The Motel house was relaxing on the deck and lovely view of the lake. Great set up for 3 adults and a little time away. Not a Lakeside Lux but a lovely comfortable 2 toilet lakeside house for us. We will be back. Thank you for the lovely relaxing stay.

The accommodation might look a bit outdated, but it was so comfortable with a hot swimming pool outside our door and an area to sit outside the room, lounge kitchen were separate to bedroom all cooled by air-conditioner; very very pleasant and relaxing. A short drive to town along the beautiful coast or you could walk, to a tonne of eateries and shops. Great stay

Hi only stayed the one night.The staff were welcoming and friendly,room was clean and well equipped with self contained facilities should you want to cook your own food,the outdoor pool looked very inviting should you are prepared to use it and the lake so close to enjoy a stroll parking very convenient overall very satisfied.

Lovely and clean, location can’t be beaten! We had lakeside view 2 bedroom apartment. Yes, as per someone else’s review little tired in couple places. But so spacious, comfy beds, shower great, and price amazing! Would definitely stay here again, and will tell all my friends. Just wish weather had been better so could sit out on front deck, and have a swim in the pool. My son loved having ducks looking in the ranchslider at us!

What a fab view. Unlike most others in Taupo, THIS motel is on the lakefront, not across the road. We opted for a lake view unit, and it was wothwhile. And to top it all off, it is basically part of the Millenium Hotel next door, so we could have ordered room service and used the gym! A shame we were only passing through, so only one night. Highly recommended.

We had a great room right on the corner, lake front and loved it! Staff were friendly, pool was lovely and warm, and having access to the millennium next door made life easy with young kids. Only downfall was the windows in the back bedroom with the two beds are window shutters (sorry don’t know the proper name) so you could hear a lot of noise from people being outside / in their back rooms which woke the kids a lot at night. And the front door couldn’t be locked from the inside so not safe with escaping toddlers that can reach the low handle.
