This newly renovated, contemporary two-bedroom apartment is located in the number 1 spot in Mt Maunganui offering modern, open plan living that easily flow to the large balcony with beautiful views of the main beach, Mauao and Pilot Bay. Cafes, beach, harbour and shopping at your doorstep! Enjoy the great facilities such as the pool and spa available for guests to use.



The Space:

This newly renovated, contemporary two-bedroom apartment offers modern, open plan living that easily flow to the large balcony with beautiful views of the main beach, Mauao and Pilot Bay.



The generous new gourmet kitchen boasts two ovens and two dishwashers so ideal for those who enjoy entertaining in style. A breakfast bar helps create a social atmosphere to catch up over a glass of wine or enjoy a coffee while you contemplate the day ahead. Sky TV available on the smart TV.



The comfortable master suite offers a queen bed and ensuite with shower and double vanity. The second bedroom offers a queen bed while the second modern bathroom has a shower; plenty of space to accommodate everyone. There is a sofa bed in the lounge nook suitable for 1 guest.



Sit out on the balcony and soak up the beautiful view while deciding what activity you want to enjoy today. Will it be a Mauao walk, a paddle board at Pilot Bay, a surf at Main beach or just a casual brunch at one of the cafes or a wander of the boutiques.



You will always be spoilt for choice and its only moments away in this beautiful, relaxing location.

Fantastic location and the apartment itself is a good space, the living area is large so works well for kids and kitchen is decent size with a good large fridge. Nice to have access to the pool as well. Internet was a little slow so made Netflix or light box viewing difficult. Could have done with a few more bathroom towels but the apartment was well equipped with laundry etc. Could do with a spruce up for the cost but overall a great stay

Mattress and linen could do with an update, otherwise comfortable stay. Current building works meant pool access was a bit convoluted and it was noisy, but overall great value for money.
