"The property suddenly stop the water supply to my cabin. Could not bathe or use the facilities until the next day!"

"This is not such paradise. Don't be deceived by the owner who misrepresents this place in the description and photos. For example, the owner doesn't disclose that this place lacks proper restrooms, and that it's next to one of the most polluted areas in Colombia -because of the brick's industries next to the property that pollute the air all day and night :(
On top of that, the owner double-booked our room and we ended-up with no hotel."

"The food was prctically inedible. the staff locked us in the property could not let us out in the morning. Front desk personell disappeared and we had to force our way out through a locked gate to exit. The lake itself is poorly maintained and the staff is poorly trained.
