「Stayed three days. Early September as a couple. Room and service superb. Friendly staff. Helpful and welcoming Breakfast was fresh and buffet style. No restaurant but across the road and 50 yards away is a great friendly rustic place. The views are stunning from the outside sitting area. Will come again. 」

「Have now been there for the last three years. Hotel has wonderful view over the beach and the Adriatic Sea. Also offers an excellent breakfast which comes with the room. Very modern rooms and welcoming staff and management we will be returning for our yearly Pesaro visit next year.」

「We were treated like royalty. Roberta welcomed us to the villa which is just beautiful. Our room was immaculate. She arranged dinner reservations. She made sure we had tea and a snack. Breakfast was to order. She is just so lovely. We had no idea about Fano - were there for a meeting - and it, too, delighted us. We are returning! 」

「ubicazione assai comoda per raggiungere il centro di Urbino a piedi. Canera spaziosa e confortevole, lode al letto e al bagno (dettagli non irrilevanti). Merita una menzione a parte la colazione, ricca e con dolci preparati dalla signora Sabina, che offre anche cene eccellenti. Cordiali e disponibili, i due propeietari hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole. ainfine, molto efficace la comunicazione prima dell'arrivo. Un posto dove tornare senz'altro. 」

「What a wonderful experience. The B&B is only a 7 minute easy drive from downtown Urbania. We sat outside our suite enjoying coffee and looking at the town below. Just follow signs along the dirt road to the B&B. 」
