"We had really a nice stay in Maravu Lodge wirh a wonderful view of the ocean to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from our bure. The di e centers are vety close (we can really recommend "salt divers" with their daily dive trips to the rainbow reef) and also the restaurant inside the Lodge. We loved the delicous food. The staff was very helpful in organizing our trip to the Bouma waterfall. We enjoyed our stay a lot. "

They made a lovo dinner for us which was delicious and Knox drove us to all of our day trip destinations filling the driving time with interesting observations about the island and history. One of the nicest vacation stays I have ever experienced. "

Amazing opportunities to snorkel very close by. Not on the best beach for a swim but can have a private experience on a private beautiful beach to yourselves 5 min boat ride away. "Good food! However, the rooms are dark and damp. And be aware that the AC and all electricity is turned off at 11:00 a.m. and doesn’t go back on until 4:00 p.m. So the hottest part of the day is without AC. "

"What a beautiful place! Million dollar views, an unbelievably friendly staff and consistently excellent food at the restaurant made our holiday perfect. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the ocean as well. The staff are so friendly and helpful, consistently going out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Until you are able to interact with Fijians, you truly don’t know how friendly people can be. Special thanks to Pini, Storm, Millie, Raymond and the whole crew at TIR. Thanks to living legend Ric (the owner) as well who we spent every breakfast with hearing stories about Taveuni and his efforts to promote diving and conservation in Fiji. "
