Located in the centre of Tavira, inserted in the historical and emblematic Condomínio Convento das Bernardas, which began as a monastery in 1509, until it became a factory in 1890. Full of history and cultural symbolism, this fantastic flat for 4 people is inserted in a centennial building reimagined and restored by the architect Souto Moura to become a condominium. Convento das Bernardas AI is the right choice for history and art lovers, and for those looking to rest and enjoy the excellent spaces and services of the Convento, including the swimming pool.



The AI apartment has air conditioned and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and open space kitchen with dining area. It also has access to the common areas of the Convento, such as the swimming pool area and the outdoor gardens. This flat, totally renovated and decorated in order to create a quiet and bright environment, has everything you need for your holidays. Thinking Tavira

We discovered Tavira on our last trip to Portugal. This time we wanted a place that was walking distance to everything and had private parking. Convento Bernardes has it all.Its in a quiet part of town and still a one to ten minute walk to many restaurants, markets, and historical areas. The unit was very clean, with a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The pictures accurately showed the place. I would stay there again if I hadn't found and bought a place.
