“Rooms were very clean and the beds were well maintained. The mini-fridge and microwave in each room were nice and useful. AC/heater was easy to figure out. Owners were lovely and helpful during check-in. It's just outside of Perth, so there's only fast food nearby unless you head into town. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!”

“Good quality plentiful breakfast, good mattress, good shower, poor maintenance: just above floor wall power receptacle cover plate broken power connection wires visible, door entry prevention (when door unlocked) hasp broken off sharp metal edges exposed.
- Advised staff during stay, so they can get maintenance to remedy safety problematic items.
Security very good, as is the location.”

“Quick stay in Carleton Place, beautiful town and a very nice place to stay! Room and bathroom were clean, hotel was quiet, staff were friendly. Easy to park, and close to everything in town. Will definitely try and stay here again!”

“Very comfortable bed and staff was welcoming and kind. Property is a little older and could use some updating but if you are looking for a clean comfortable bed that is affordable, this is a great place to stay. The property is right on the river. Breakfast only includes carbs.”
