"This was our favourite stay during our trip to Vietnam. Huge, beautiful rooms. A very relaxing stay. Staff are absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. This is the perfect property to recharge yourself. The staff truly make this property standout. Well done and thank you."

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"

"The hotel is a gem. It’s beautiful and has incredible views and direct beach access. Lovely sunset views from the beach and a stylish decor. We did find the pricing of food in the restaurant obscene compared to the wonderful options a short ride away and mediocre at best. "Very beautiful and modern. Provides a good breakfast buffet. Sometimes Wi-Fi keeps cutting out but they’re diligent to fix it. The view is great. My only problem was our shower door wasn’t aligned very well and our bathroom floor kept flooding from the shower."

"They let us wait at the lobby for an hour just to check in. Then they took us up to the room for 2 people only. However, we booked the room for a group of 3. This property said the room I booked have an issue with AC. The owner expressed her apologies , somehow she had a mix up with me and another guest and that is why my room was not available. It was unacceptable and not what I expected. It was totally a terrible experience for us when we were in mood for traveling. "
