「This is a beautiful villa stay in Hoi An for 3 nights! We've booked the ground-level room with the built-in jacuzzi tub. The whole place is beautifully designed just like in the pictures. The outdoor infinity pool on the 3rd floor is gorgeous! We were served a complimentary breakfast every morning with options of local or Western cuisines with Vietnamese coffee and juice! 「The hotel is well located approx 150 metres to the beach and many restaurants/bars The staff were very friendly and helpful and always had a smile. Breakfast can be included for a fee and there is a good variety of selections however some many not think enough but we were satisfied with what we got Rooms are clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and provide a small mini bar Cable TV is included and laundry can be done for a fee Throughly enjoyed our stay and would return」

「I really wish I would have been able to stay longer than just one night. The owners are super sweet and wants to chat etc. So it is a very social place to stay, there are some small restaurants etc close by. As they are renovating it might be a bit noisy at times but for me I didn't mind. Would definitely recommend coming here!」

「This was by far our favorite stay on our trip throughout Vietnam! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and even booked an amazing tour for us. The rooms were spacious, clean and had spectacular views!! The hotel's location was close enough for a quick grab into the city center, but off the beaten path enough that the location was serene. 「Wonderful farmstay family! Great location just outside of Sapa. Option to eat dinner with the family, don’t hesitate to do it. Be mindful of the hot water supply when showering so you don’t run out of hot water while rinsing off. I can’t wait to go back!!」

「Overall good. Only downside is the cockrells about 7 of them outside who would make a noise anytime - so hard to sleep. No hot water in sink. The shower can not be adjusted. No lift - but they did help with luggage up/down steps. Location is excellent. 」
