This is one of a kind waterfall-on-sea with pure blue water as a background at Rai cave. Rai cave is a famous place with anyone who loves Ninh Thuan. From the city center, you can easily get here by following a highway. The entrance fee is only 20 vnd (less than 1$). This place has majestic natural scenes: pure blue from the sky and the sea combine together with the waterfall as one. It is also true that picture cant describe how amazing nature here is. #BVSblue
