“⭐ 0 STARS IF I COULD — ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL I have given Metropol Opera Deluxe Residence 1 star only because the system will not allow me to give ZERO. This was genuinely one of the worst and most frustrating hotel arrival experiences I have ever had. When we arrived, we eventually managed to gain entry past the very grumpy doorman and went to the counter looking for some help. The lady at the counter told us that she “had nothing to do with the hotel.” This was rather confusing……
