「We loved our stay at fairy mountain, very friendly and helpful staff, amazing location with mountain views all around, clean and comfy rooms and a nice pool where we enjoyed watching the mountain goats navigate the cliffs. Highly recommend!」

「飯店在鬧區，附近吃喝玩樂都很方便，,要去各個景點很不遠,有些走路就可以到，叫外送也很多好吃的可以點。 重點是飯店服務人員都很不錯，管理很好，外人不容易進出。」

「Khu này mới và sạch sẽ, nhiều cây xanh, đầy đủ tiện ích, có bể bơi bể bơi. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình và thủ tục check-in nhanh chóng. Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng, có view đẹp. Khuôn viên xung quanh có nhiều cây thông, lên ảnh rất đẹp Tổng thể, rất hài lòng và sẽ quay lại trong những lần tới.」

「No check-in service face to face. Very hard to find the location. Too difficult to check in by phone if no Vietnamese speaking 」

「Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. 」
