Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. 「DO NOT BOOK HERE. ILLEGAL BOOKINGS. Where to start. It’s absolutely not a hotel. Firstly, it’s illegal. There’s signs everywhere. It’s crazy that hotels.com advertise them. You don’t even get access to the pool, despite them using it in their pictures. They don’t offer any help with check in, it’s really backward. The key was difficult to locate and just in an unlocked postbox. The room was a mess with sticky stuff all over the floor. And to top it off there’s no working air con, roadworks...
