“The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com

“Very nice rooms and clean. Staff was responsive. Only thing that was misleading was that clients with stays that are less than 5 days don’t get access to the gym or the outdoor pools. This was not mentioned in the property listing.”

“Many of the amenities that they list on the listing do not exist or not open yet. For instance, the rooftop pool with bar and lounge area is not accessible to anyone staying at the hotel since it is not open yet. The running track in addition to the gym was also not open. The main gym was available and was nice.
The mini bar that’s supposed to be throughout the day is only stocked once with four beverages and that’s it. Our room seemed like it wasn’t 100% ready for someone to stay in it. They……
