"Check in was delayed by almost 3 hours because they were “busy”. The staff was less than helpful and had no explanation. Us and another couple we were travelling with all had to cram into the only room that was ready on time. Four people had to get ready in a very small 1 bathroom hotel room or miss our dinner reservations that we made weeks in advance. The free coffee voucher was supposed to make up for this massive inconvenience. The hotel was great, the experience was garbage."

"The staff were super friendly from check-in to check-out, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was well kept, and the overall experience made for a relaxing stay. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, hassle-free hotel."

"The photos of this hotel are very misleading. The level of cleanliness was worse than any hotel we have ever been to. As soon as we walked into the room we could see debris on the floors. There was a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fans. There was white splatter all over the laundry machines and hardwood. The view from the large windows was amazing, if only the window panes weren't completely stained and covered in a thick layer of dust. And the icing on the cake was actual WEED, yes as in marijuana, on the window sill. We were in disbelief. This for sure means that the cleaning staff barely even attempted to clean the room. You can see patches and cracking on the walls like they are barely trying to repair them. It's obvious this hotel tries to cut corners by having limited cleaning staff. It's unfortunate because the building has so much charm and potential. If they only valued cleanliness and upkeep more it would be such a great option since it's in a convenient location and the rooms are spacious. I hope they listen to the reviews and try to improve."

"You will not get a restful sleep at this property I regret to say.. I had a room close to the elevator which created a racket all night long along with street noise. I switched rooms the next night but the street noise between the motorcycles and cars was just too much. It was like the drivers believed it was a NASCAR event. Other than the noise issues it really is a gem of a hotel. Rooms are nice. Beds were comfy. Restaurant quality was fine. But the noise is a deal breaker."

"Stayed here during my trip and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall. First, I was assigned a room directly facing the pool area. Late at night, groups of guests were being extremely loud around the pool, propping doors open and creating constant noise that carried directly into the room. It did not feel like the hotel was effectively managing disturbances in public areas. The most frustrating part was the laundry room situation. I used a paid dryer, set a timer, and even returned a few minutes early before the cycle should have ended. When I came back, someone had already removed my clothes from the dryer and taken over the machine I had paid for. My clothes were left at the front desk. What disappointed me even more was the staff’s response — instead of trying to understand the situation fairly, the front desk immediately assumed I was the one improperly using the dryer. The issue is not about the few dollars spent on the machine. It is about the lack of organization, poor handling of guest disputes, and the feeling that basic guest concerns were dismissed rather than addressed professionally. Overall, the hotel felt poorly managed, noisy, and stressful compared to what I expected. I would not stay here again."
