「The staff were amazing- specially Veronica at reception- she was amazing and help my sister and I to feel at home. The staff care about my sister and made sure she got everything in place when she was leaving, as I left earlier than her. I love the bed time stories left on our bed! I collected them all great to learn more about Georgia. I wanted to give the lady who was doing that a hug as I really touched by her care! 「Excellent property .. well designed , beautiful attention to detail. The roof top bar was great for an evening drink and Laan Thai restaurant had delicious Thai food . We were a bit surprised when we discovered we had to walk across the hotel to Raddison blue to use the pool which was on 18 floor and had no seats .. so walk back in robes !!! Think this should be made clear on the website or at the time of check in . Overall a good stay .. would come back .」

「Having sent a number of emails enquiring about an early check-in without response, we arrived at 11:30am, exhausted after an overnight flight, and were told, by the miserable receptionist, that we should have booked the room for the day before if we wanted an early check-in (@£200+!!). We were not even offered a glass of water or somewhere to freshen up. Not the kind of welcome I would expect from a “top” hotel. As such we, sat and waited in the reception area where I promptly fell asleep. Oh...

「The hotel is situated in the central of old town which is a great location. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing is that the sewage system in the old town is probably old and so some smell comes up from the sewage pipes. 」

「The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. 」
