“Thank you all the staff there provided amiable services to us that we had wonderful journey in rotorua. I just dissatisfied the setting of toilet and the temperature of the room and sulphur smell. parking and customer services are excellent, the location is traveller-friendly that we just spent 3-5 mins reached the centre for shopping, dining/ lunch, and filling up the petrol of cars. Very good motel in rotorua! ”

“Room was nice and clean. Staff went above and beyond! I was going to be late for check-in so I called and they said that is absolutely fine, then mads arrangements for my room key. I had a total of 5 guests so the staff gave a few extra towels, even a few hot chocolates for the kids. I was able to wash and dry all our laundry.”
