“Peaceful, relaxing, charming. ”

“The Hotel deserves 5 stars coz of location, cleanliness, delicious freshly prepared food from their kitchen, and friendly staff who are also very accommodating. However, guests are inconvenienced due to 1) no desk in room. I was told by reception that desks are available in superior rooms and not in basic rooms. I checked hotel’s website and don’t see any mention of desks in superior/ other rooms or any photos showing desk in room?? 2) Electrical outlets locations are poorly located in relation……

“Spa staff rushes people not able to explain well. Dining staff is good but slow and not trained well. ”

“The staff is very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are very different as to what is shown in the poctures. Restaurant kitchen is not clean. Team memebers from Happy Hub were good.”

“The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407……

“It was amazing, we got a room with excellent view. The staff were very nice and the manager was also very friendly. They even gave medicine for one of my friend who was ill. Overall loved the stay and the staff .”

“The good - the room size is huge, the staff at the restaurant were very courteous and provided service with a smile. Please ensure to ask room on higher floors. From start the experience wasn't good. Whlist making the booking we opted for breakfast and dinner included in our tariff. However, when checking in we were told to pay an additional rs 7000 for 4A and 1c”

“The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The garden part of the hotel was only for three cottages, the rest concrete. Very expensive compared to other places……

“Tre nætter De-luxe-, men første nat, var forfærdelig, da der var en skrækkelig lugt i rummet, så vi skiftede rum, hvor bruseren ikke var tilsluttet, og meget begrænset med varmt vand. De to unge drenge, var rimelig høflige. Central beliggenhed Alt for dyrt i forhold til standarden ”

“This is NOT in Munnar town centre. The map is WRONG. It is actually 12km (35 mins) south of Munnar. Place is peaceful. It is 20 minutes walk from the nearest place to eat. It was freezing cold at night... as in wearing 5 layers of clothing cold. The smallest cabin would be v tight for 2 people. The walk up to the cabin from the carpark is crazy steep. Might be challenging for people with mobility issues”
