“Convenient location and met our needs perfectly for our weekend trip”

“We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting……

“RENTERS BEWARE!!!Unfortunately, this property was not as advertised, and our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a very strong odor of fresh paint in the living room that made it uncomfortable to stay in the home.Each bedroom had someones name on the door (which was super odd in itself) and was secured with its own lock code; however, we were never provided with the codes at check-in, so we could not access the bedrooms. The listing also advertised air conditioning,……

“The property that I paid for 1st, they told me that the pipe busted after I paid the cleaning fee. I paid for a property to sleep 6 people so 1 person had to sleep on the floor & another person had to sleep on a broken futon couch. The bed I was sleeping on was broken & there was pee stains on sheet & blanket. I asked them for a discount because of the unexpected things my family went through & they stopped communicating with me until the next day. But do not get any property rental from these……

“This flat was perfect for our travel group. Easy access for Ubering into the city. Clean and well stocked. I would recommend the property to anyone wishing to visit NYC but don’t want to pay the exorbitant prices. The photos and description of the property is exactly as written.”

“I have mixed feelings about this place.On the positive side, the price is unbeatable. The flat is also large—we were eight people and had plenty of space. Coffee was provided, which was a nice touch. The location is great as well, about 20 minutes from Times Square by bus. There is also an incredible bagel shop around the cornerOn the negative side, the place really needs a deep cleaning, especially the kitchen, which was very greasy.
