"We loved our stay here! The ranch was beautiful and peaceful. We saw an amazing sunset and enjoyed a campfire. The host was so friendly and welcoming. The covered wagon was cozy and the bed was so comfortable. Truly a special experience and a memorable place. Thanks! "

" We stayed for one night and it was nice. Bedrooms are very separate with w 2 on main floor and 2 downstairs and two living spaces. Space was clean but bathrooms could be cleaner. Only issue was we couldn’t get the stove top to work which messed up our breakfast plans. Communication with host was lacking compared to other rental communication I have received. "

"This was such an amazing property! The scenery was fantastic and the house itself was very cool. There was plenty of room for everyone and the amenities were great, it was very well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the sauna and the fire pit! "We have a wonderful stay. The house is close to Torrey and Capital Reef, but also secluded. The house is comfortable and cozy and have everything we need. We enjoy watching sunrise from the front of the house, the extensive CD collection and relaxing at the patio."

"Our stay was fantastic! 14 adults, ranging in age from 25 to 80. Very clean and organized, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and everyone commented on how well stocked the kitchen was for meals in. Loved the dining room table which seats 10, and the kitchen table, seating 5. The sport court and trampoline got a lot of use before and after hiking—so convenient to Capitol Reef. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return to the property. Highly recommend!"
