「The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people.
The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that.
The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. Also a last suggestion is that you can put noise absorbing panels on the walls because we can hear everything from the others apartments.
Other than that i can recomend Casa Nduxi for your...

「We rented the place for two days with Expedia and they had overbooked, due to some problems with the platforms (Expedia & Vrbo). The owner was kind and offered our family a upgrade with another apartment that was available (meaning I'm talking about another apartment).The place was gorgeous, and the rooftop terrasse is a real plus! 「Carlos was great about communication! The apartment is at an excellent location in the heart of Puebla. The apartment is very secure, it has a door that requires a key to get in, followed by a door that requires a code, not to mention that the entrance to the apartment building is locked at night. Not that the extra security is needed, given the heavy police presence, but it is good to have nonetheless.」
