Nestled in the heart of Costa Teguise, known as the family-friendly tourist hub of Lanzarote, our beautiful villa is just 15 minutes away from the airport. This area is renowned for its stunning beaches and a wide range of water sports, as well as featuring a magnificent 18-hole golf course. From here, you can easily access the various tourist centers of the island and visit the César Manrique Foundation, a tribute to the most influential artist of Lanzarote in recent decades.
Casa Afortunada is situated in the quietest part of Costa Teguise, only a 7-minute walk from the beautiful Playa Bastian. This inviting retreat is designed to provide everything you need for a dream holiday.
With three elegant bedrooms, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom featuring Italian showers and various amenities, comfort is guaranteed. Two of the bedrooms have Queen size beds, while the third has two single beds measuring 1.90 m, all equipped with smart TVs, safes, a small desk, and fans.
The spacious kitchen-dining area, fully equipped, will make your dining experiences delightful. In addition, the villa's exterior boasts a pool area, terrace, barbecue, and a cosy chill-out zone, perfect for enjoying the peace and tranquillity that a luxurious vacation offers.
For your convenience, we provide free WiFi and easy parking right in front of the villa. We also include hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, and towels, both for bathing and the beach, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay. A deposit of 300€ have to be send by bank transfer or pay in cash the day you arrive.
