Beautiful apartment with a large terrace in Nazaret, Teguise, where you can sunbathe, have lunch and enjoy a summer atmosphere all year round. With a distribution on one floor and an exquisite decoration, taken care of down to the smallest detail, two large bedrooms, queen bed and capacity for 4 people, it is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has Wifi Fiber Internet and Smart TV. It is perfect for a unique holiday in Lanzarote.

This beautiful property is located in Nazaret, just 9 minutes drive from Teguise. It is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people, Smart TV and Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking. The property is decorated with exquisite taste and has a large terrace where you can relax, have lunch outdoors, and enjoy the sun of Lanzarote. It has two large bedrooms, the main one with a queen size bed and the second one with two single beds, which can be joined or separated as needed. With a bathroom, a spacious living room with a sofa where you can relax, Smart TV, an equipped kitchen open to the living room and direct access to the cosy terrace of the flat.

A privileged location, halfway between the north and the south of the island, where you will have Teguise and its historic centre only 9 minutes away by car, and 20 minutes away you will find the capital of Lanzarote and the airport. It also has a quick connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, capsule coffee machine, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, two bedrooms, Wifi Internet, Smart TV, cot and high chair, terrace and much more.

Emplacement idéal et propre

Au calme, loin du tourisme de masse. A proximité des incontournables et central pour les lieux de visite. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel, il ne manque aucun équipement, une personne est disponible sur place pour toutes les questions. Nous avons apprécié avoir la supérette et le téléclub juste à côté!
