This is my 5th visit to this hotel since 2018. As ever I enjoyed the overall experience. Staff are very good and I would highlight many enjoyable interactions I had with the cleaning staff and also in the restaurant. In addition, the staff on reception made me feel very welcome when I arrived. I was allocated one of the refurbished superior rooms and what a difference. Gone are the old green carpets and instead a more hygienic laminate flooring. There are also power points round the bed making it convenient to charge your devices. Overall very good.

General was very nice time. Especially good food, big swimming pool, friendly staff. Minuses: no drink, even water for dinner (HB). Is SPA but even fora sauna you have pay. Generally speaking it was a good time, I enjoyed.

El hotel cumple con las expectativas de un alojamiento de este tipo en cuanto a comidas y servicios, aunque requeriría una reforma de las habitaciones, eliminando la moqueta y modernizando el mobiliario.

Large hotel in quiet part of quieter resort. Lots of space and sunbeds available. Room kept clean. Staff friendly to us. Nice Christmas decorations especially the tree. Food could be better but is fair for the price paid. Entertainment was more subdued (=good!) than on previous visits but a lot depends on clientele at time which is very different in Winter to August!!
