New and modern one bedroom vacation rental property in complex with pool. Spectacular views of the sea and a chill out area to enjoy the outdoor space. It is located 15 minutes from Playa de las Cucharas and very close to all services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops.License Number VV-35-3-0004365New apartment in modern and luxurious complex in Costa Teguise. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa-bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided.Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, kettle and fridge. Wi-Fi with fiber, ideal for smartworking. Two Smart TVs with Netflix. Large private terrace with spectacular sea views. You can also enjoy the huge terrace of the complex with sun loungers and a chill out area to relax and sunbathe. Quiet shared pool with sun loungers.First floor apartment, the complex does not have an elevator.Public parking always available and free of charge.
