New and modern holiday rental property with one bedroom in a complex with a swimming pool. Spectacular sea views and a relaxation area to enjoy outdoor space. Located 15 minutes from Playa de las Cucharas and very close to all services, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops.

New apartment in a modern and luxurious complex in Costa Teguise. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and bath and pool towels are provided.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, water kettle and fridge. Wi-Fi with fibre, ideal for smart working. Two smart TVs with Netflix. Spacious private terrace with spectacular sea views. You can also enjoy the enormous terrace of the complex with sun loungers and a rest area to relax and sunbathe. Quiet shared swimming pool with sun loungers.



First-floor apartment, the complex does not have a lift.

Public parking always available and free of charge.



A guarantee card is requested for the deposit of the bond.

The apartment and complex were very clean. The pool area and outdoor seating area were just as shown in the photos. The apartment was well equipped and all the appliances worked. The complex is in a quiet area and there was plenty of street parking just outside. Eva was very helpful and responded quickly to my queries.
