While the property itself is well maintained and located in a beautiful setting, the level of service provided by the Front Office was deeply disappointing and fell significantly below the standards one would reasonably expect from a luxury hospitality brand. 「Very nice stay with lovely staff, swimming pool area is beautiful. Breakfast and food in restaurant is nice. One minor thing is the little powercuts that happened throughout the day for a few seconds each time. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Rishikesh area.」
