Absolutely stunning views to begin with. The property is kept in pristine condition. The services are exceptional. Our check in was flawless, a tad slow because I was missing my visa picture bearing a US Passport. It wasn't a fault on their end actually. The breakfast was amazing with variety of preparations in both Indian and continental facets. The head chef, was particularly watchful. The checkout was fast and it was heartbreaking to leave this property after one night stay. I'm definitely planning to return here whenever I visit Mussoorie again. Thanks everyone for the services.

This is one of the best properties I've stayed in India( Mussorie). The service was top-notch, and the staff was always available for housekeeping and any other needs. I loved the buffet breakfast with lots of options and plenty of vegan choices. The restaurants on site are good to try, especially the indian fine dining. The views are amazing as well. i recomend this place if you are looking for luxury staycation

Exceeding expectations for a beautiful mountain resort. Staff exceedingly helpful. English speaking and very considerate. Lots of activities. Room amenities outstanding. Trek to mountain shrine safe and fun with the help of hotel guide. Afternoon high tea with entertainment and games, outstanding! Breakfast offered choices of food from Asia and Europe.
Restaurant staff surprised us with a going away yummy treat.

There should not be any charges for games as there is no other activity to do except looking at and enjoying the hills At check in they wanted to charge Rs 20000 extra than what I had booked at Expedia. It took 20 minutes to sort it out and give us our room

What can i say about this property, located in a serene valley with panoramic view of the Garhwal mountain range. Fantastic facilities and room accompanied by some of the most courteous and care taking team that pampers and spoils you. A must visit!

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful and peaceful stay. We chose the resort as a place to relax and spend some quality family time together and we couldn't have loved the place more. The people, the hotel and the magnificent location was beyond beautiful. The hotel was luxurious and nothing was too much for the staff, They were attentive and looked after us, and we got to know a few of the staff very well, that it felt like family. We missed leaving the place and hope to return again. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to escape to a magical setting. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable.

Good location and facilities. Overall service was average but Chandan ( JW cafe manager) and Jitendra ( Service at JW Cafe) were exceptional in their service and approach towards guests.

What an excellent place to spend a few days. The location is great, rooms are modern and clean, fantastic food and the staff is super courteous, by far the best hospitality we have ever experienced at a hotel. Great place !

Beautiful , amazing property. So many nice features it’s hard to mention them all. It is a bit far from the main mussoorie, about 6 km away so there is nothing to do off of the property, but thats’ just an fyi..... the food was amazing, as was the service. The only complain i have would be their tiny elevator, barely big enough for two people. I am very claustrophobic so i ended up taking the stairs many times if there was anyone else in the elevator ! Way too small....!!!?? Quite expensive too, but definitely something to visit once.

Wonderful Stay ! Must Visit - Definitely Recommend

We had a fantastic stay at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa. We were there for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service is top notch and hotel staff is very helpful who looked after my grandparents with utmost care. Special mention for Ms. Preet & Mr. Sachin who personally looked after everything and made sure we had a good holiday. The surroundings & hotel location is absolutely beautiful especially if you visit during winter time. Otherwise too is has great valley view. The spa is also worthy of a mention. I definitely recommend a visit at-least once.
