“Very nice stay with lovely staff, swimming pool area is beautiful. Breakfast and food in restaurant is nice. One minor thing is the little powercuts that happened throughout the day for a few seconds each time. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Rishikesh area.”

While the property itself is well maintained and located in a beautiful setting, the level of service provided by the Front Office was deeply disappointing and fell significantly below the standards one would reasonably expect from a luxury hospitality brand. “My stay at this property was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Two major issues made the experience unacceptable and neither the hotel nor Expedia handled the situation professionally. First, on the very first night, I was kept awake by a dog barking at an indecent hour (11:30pm). I contacted reception twice, only to be told the dog had been left unattended, despite the hotel’s own policy clearly stating that animals must not be left alone. The noise continued and no meaningful action……

“Great hotel with great service! If you’re flying in from Dehradun, they will arrange for a car to pick you up from the airport. You just have to make arrangements with them in advance by messaging them on WhatsApp. Cost is $20 USD. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. I also ate at their restaurant on the 5th floor and enjoyed both of my meals there. Very good food with friendly service. The only minor issue I would note is that the hotel is kind of far from the Janki……

“This is a little gem of a boutique hotel very close to the Ganges. The neighborhood is a little rough, but transportation can take you nearly to the front door and once through it, you’re transported into a world of elegance and comfort. The chef in the restaurant is first class and the food absolutely superb. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with plenty of amenities. The views were sensational across the valley.
