「Location is beautiful and serene . All the staff are super helpful. Food was good . Spa was excellent.my two small issues are : there is a nice path behind the hotel and u can walk to Triveni ghat and actually all over Rishikesh avoiding the terrible traffic but hotel staff didn’t tel us and I only going it on my last day . I think hotel staff should do a 10 min session and advice about local paths to avoid the complete congested roads .The yoga sessions were very good but only 1 session a day I...

「Have stayed at many of the Taj properties and experienced very high standard service. This property doesn’t live up to a Taj standard. Totally disappointed with the food offerings and limited amenities. No luxury feel no pampering. Other than the view nothing worked for me. They need to get their game up.」

「We stayed one night in the premier room with balcony looking at the Ganga. Very nice staff for very helpful. Food was excellent Masala Tea was my favorite to enjoy. We enjoy the dinner in the restaurant on site very convenient.」

「My stay was absolutely magical. The property is in immaculate condition. The owners, Mohit and Sharmila, are salt-of-the-earth people—very heart-centered and so welcoming. The staff and the taxi driver they recommend are just as friendly. My stay was incredible; I have food restrictions as I am vegan and gluten-free, and the chef made each dish for me with so much love. 「Very elegant well maintained hotel with excellent staff and an excellent general manager. We were troubled by cramped bathroom, lack of a power socket in the bathroom, a lack of any clothes storage. There is not a single chest of drawer. There was no explanation of which power switch does what. Too many staff members but not enough information. 」

「Rooms were nice. Bathroom did not have small towel rack. In room coffee was very light. Beds were excellent. Could not use the pool because of storms. 」

「It’s a new property that is very fresh and clean to stay with. It’s got all good amenities including AC, hot water, good content on TV, clean and comfortable linen. It’s only 15 mins walk from Har ki Pauri. The staff is very friendly and we’re accommodating with dietary needs of kids. They could do a bit better on breakfast experience but the staff tried to help when any additional request was made.」

「I stayed only one night and wish I stayed longer! The setting in the trees with Ganga below is just beautiful, so peaceful and refreshing and special. The design is also stunning (though the bathrooms are a bit awkward, I’d suggest moving the coffee/tea station out from the bathroom?). Staff were SO kind and helpful. I recommend that you visit!」
