.It is in a nice neighborhood and close to the ai

It surpassed my expectations and needs.I wanted a safe environment not far from the airport. There were some lovely playgrounds with families enjoying an evening.The bus stop was clse by and some shops were open for purchases

Highly recommend

Host was very accommodating. He was extremely attentive. The space available was well cared for. Avi made sure that we had what we need to be comfortable. The balcony area had an amazing view. Although, we were extremely stressed out when we arrived, the host made it better. If we are in the area again, we will choose it again. Family friendly. I highly recommend.

We had a good time while we stayed at Avis place. We were picked up and Avi took us to an area to get food, he helped us communicate our food order. We spent a whole day in Tel Avi walking and seeing the places around his property. The room was nice and the people there helping were accomodating. We would defininatley stay here again in the future while visiting Tel Avi.

It is a good spot if you are solo. Shower was a little and soaked the floor because the doors did not properly block the water. Also, I know that it is a different culture but it needs to be advertised about smoking. The unit had a strong smoke smell. Overall, worked well as a reasonable place to stay before flying out.

Great host

Avi was a most charming and obliging host. When he heard we were in Tel.Aviv for the first time, he offered an alternative apartment next to Carmel market, so that we could see the city. He gave us a quick tour and told us about Tel Aviv and some of the history. He gave us directions to restaurants and local atractions, and was very helpful. The studio we stayed in was fine for our overnight stay. His taxi service from the airport was efficient and prompt, and he even helped us by booking a taxi for our return. A true gent!

Avi’s place is just what I needed, which was to rest after a long flight. His place was clean, comfortable and he had Netflix. :) He was kind to drive me around to pick up dinner too. He also advised me to get to my next destination.

Very hospitable

I arrived at Avi’s place at 9pm after a long wait at the Ben Gurion airport to get through passport control and secure a car rental. The room is on the 9th floor and was very clean and with a beautiful balcony overlooking the city of Telaviv. I was surprised how hospitable Avi was to me a total stranger that he fed me for free: a full meal of chicken and rice with local olives and pickles. This special welcome helped me to enjoy my visit to Israel even more.

Disappointing

Price/quality is not right. The place is advertised as a studio but it is only a room with a tiny bathroom with shower. There was not top sheet on the bed, only some kind of quilt. Does that get washed every time? And the bottom sheet did not fit the mattress so it came loose all the time and I was laying directly on the mattress. Avi is the nicest guy and he goes out of his way to provide service.

Avi's apartment is charming and unique.

This apartment was really charming and I loved that there were two full bathrooms along with the large bed and the fold out couch. The owner is very charming, and his partner/helper also helped us learn about the apartment. Only one criticism: It would have been helpful to have some instructions on how to get into the apartment, and what time to check in. Unfortunately, there did not seem to be any restaurants within walking distance, but one of the gentleman that we met said that we could consider ordering food delivered.

An excellent start to our trip.

We had to get in late and leave early. Avi was very helpful with both transportation and finding a quick meal (at a 24 hr bakery full of temptations!). We appreciated his informative pre-arrival letter and the room on 9th floor had a nice view. Bed was comfy and shower was good. Thanks Avi! An excellent start to our trip.

Comfortable stay, great host

Avi's place is not a fancy hotel, but it is a comfortable apartment. Avi is an excellent host. He picked me up at the airport, helped me with a heavy bag in taking it upstairs to the apartment, provided a tasty breakfast and dropped me off at the airport. He is a wealth of information about Israel and Tel Aviv with many fine suggestions on make the most of your stay. I wish I could have stayed longer. If and when that opportunity presents itself, I would hope to stay in one of Avi's apartments again.

The place was very adequate and we were greeted personally by the owner who assisted us with immediate problems in the city. The room and the joint kitchen was well stocked with appliances and conditions for preparing meals. Cleaniness was not a strong factor. There was also a very stormy night with a lot of noise which we do not know if it was caused by things not being tied properly on the roof or were caused by the installation of the building. Airplanes a bit at night. All in all it was a positive experience.

Avi was a great host! Picked us up from the airport, shared local knowledge of the area. He took us to a nice local restaurant and made sure our order was correct, then came back and picked us up and took us to the airport! His place was clean and had plenty of hot water which was welcome after traveling all day. And the view from the deck was wonderful of the city. We felt comfortable and safe here. Thank you Avi for a comfortable layover on our trip home!

A pleasant suprise. Great place

Avi a received us and was very nice and friendly, the place is in a renovated penthouse apartment in a residential building, just opposite we found a huge park with water skiing, although it is not in the city center but there is public transport 24/7 city, and there is also free parking and plenty of things Quite rare in Tel Aviv. The view from the apartment is amazing, a panoramic view of the center of Israel from the mountains to the sea line. To our surprise, we found a Jacuzzi in our private courtyard, which did not mention that there was such an invitation, but we did not complain. Warmly recommend, clean and brand new place,🌹

We arrived from our long flight and when we landed we saw a text from him about our arrival we replied that we would be an hour or so and when we ariived he was suprised that we were there and at 1am there was someone in our place He didn’t think we were coming and we had to wait for him to clean up He did try after to help us but we were just very tired and wanted to go to bed We were told in the morning to contact Avi in the morning to help up us with our bags but when we texted and called there was no answer so we just left

民宿改成的酒店，内部装修很好，Wifi也强劲。居民区内，十分难找到。附近难找饮食的，只有两三间小型超市。半夜飞机在上空频繁飞越，十分嘈。离开退房去机场只有房东可以用他的私人车送去，但要收钱，房东为人很好。(或叫他幫忙call的士过来。)
