Welcome home to this gorgeous brand new designed duplex penthouse at the corner between the famous old Neve Tsedek quarter the attractive Florentin area.
This apartment. situated on the two last floors (11th and 12th) of a newly building, with 3 bedrooms, one including ensuite bathroom, and his 4 terraces including a 125 sqm terrace is the best in town to enjoy and discover Tel-Aviv.
This duplex penthouse, designed by a well known architect, is the symbol of welcoming in Israel. Indeed everything in it is meant to give you the best experience. In fact, There is no comparaison to come and rest on a large outdoor sofa after a long day of visit or at the beach.
The Space:
The space is just incredible, getting in by the 11th floor directly from the lobby or the free parking, you will access a large open space with leaving room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, guests toilet, and two terrace, the first faces Tel-Aviv skyline, and the second, a 125 sqm specially designed with a ten persons dining table, a large sofa. deck chairs, an outdoor shower and in addition a fresh vegetation.
The kitchen is fully furnished with, fridge and freezer, dish washer, juice maker, coffee maker (Nespresso), stove, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.
At the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, including one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a large main bathroom with tub. Each bedroom has access to a private terrace, are designed with special high quality bed and linen, closet with hangers and side tables with reading lights, and USB plugs.
Moreover at your disposal, in the unit, a private washing machine and dryer, free internet wifi and cable TV in the leaving room. For your security, I will give you a personal code to use the key pad as replacement of the key, and a safe is at your disposal

In the case you fail to send your B2 entry visa, 18% VAT will be added to your reservation. Extra cleanings, Early / Late checkout requests, and Baby equipments are available and subject to extra charges upon availability
