This hotel is located in a more local area not busy tourist section. There is a lovely bakery across the street. They left us cookies and waters in the room at check in. They were very friendly.

Nice clean place, very friendly and helpful staff, felt at home, hope to return to Israel and will book my stay in your hotel. The breakfast was out of the world. What I did not like, the service elevator, scary. I realize that renovations took place.

Good value for money

Booked the suite and it was as promised large enough to fit a family of four with comfort.The room was clean but not as well maintained as needed. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it a lot. Some of the staff in the breakfast area weren't very friendly and nice. The breakfast was good but didn't change during our 5 day stay. Overall good value for money

Conveniently located and friendly staff.

Staffs were very friendly. I had red eye flight and got there early, they kindly find a place for me to be prepared for the early morning meeting. Breakfast was very nice. I am not big fan of western or middle east food, but the foods was great. Facilities wise, I can not say it is great but good enough for business trip and clean due to the floor without rug. One thing I could not experience is swimming pool, the operation hour is somewhat limited (form 10 am to 6 pm). All in all, it was a good stay for me.

i would rate this a 2 star property, motel. bird poop all over the window, water leaked from shower and flooded the room, only one pillow and a television that was smaller than my tablet. parking was difficult to find and no place to drop off guests. a really busy and unsettling location was quite though

A nightmare of a vacation

Terrible experience. We arrived at the hotel as a couple with a two-year-old baby. At midnight a party started in the room next to us which included loud music, drugs and alcohol and lasted for several hours. As a result, we were unable to sleep all night, and it was useless to try to put the baby to sleep. The hotel staff treated the problem with indifference and claimed that the police and not they should handle it. I want my money back and compensation from the hotel.
