  • Located just 2 minutes walking from Melenara Beach, our apartment has a good space, leaving you the luxury of feeling at home. The apartment has all the comforts you need during your stay.

    Our house has a beautiful and modern kitchen equipped so that you can cook when and how you want. You will have an oven, microwave, cooking plate and a washing machine.

    In our rooms you will find what you are looking for, all are perfect to enjoy rest, well-being and disconnection. Fully equipped and furnished, in addition to having good lighting.

Superb accomodation.

The accommodation was exceptional overall. Access was a bit slow at first, but after that everything went smoothly. The apartment has been renovated to a very high standard, and having two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms and toilets makes the stay extremely comfortable. The beach with a beautiful shoreline is just a 2-minute walk away. The kitchen is well equipped, although contrary to the description there was no oil or other basic spices, only salt. However, there is a Spar supermarket just 5 minutes away where everything can be purchased, and several other shops are also nearby. I would recommend this place to both families and groups of friends. We would gladly choose this accommodation again in the future.

Cláusulas contractuales muy agresivas

Reservé a través de Booking de un día para otro. Cuando recibo instrucciones para hacer el check-in encuentro un contrato con unas cláusulas que considero abusivas. Nada más leerlas me puse en contacto con la propiedad para indicar que no estaba conforme y que quería que me devolviesen el dinero y me lo denegaron. Asimismo, la persona que me atendió me daba instrucciones contradictorias y me generó mucha indefensión. Cuando reservas en booking no puedes ver las condiciones. De haberlas visto, no habría reservado. Dado que la cancelación era con cargos, tuve que arriesgarme. El anexo sobre daños del contrato lo considero escandaloso, agresivo y abusivo. Según éste, si manchas la sábana bajera tienes que pagar, si manchas la funda de la almohada tienes que pagar, si manchas un cojín tienes que pagar, si falta una funda de almohada o un cojín, tienes que pagar, pero no te facilitan un inventario de todo lo que te entregan y su estado, etc. Nada más entrar, y según contrato, tienes dos horas para chequear todo, así que el estrés fue brutal, pues tuve que revisar todo de arriba abajo reportando fotos de todo por miedo a que me cobrasen por respirar (mandé +30 fotos) y no pude disfrutar del apartamento como me habría gustado. Dicho esto, el apartamento es bonito y limpio si bien eché en falta algo más de dotación en la cocina. Internet no funcionó 100% correcto ninguno de los 4 días y tras pedir en varias ocasiones compensación al respecto, me concedieron el último día salir del apartamento a las 15 horas en lugar de las 11, lo cual agradecí. En resumen, apartamento chulo, bien situado, pero con esas cláusulas, no repito ni recomiendo a un amigo que contrate con Sleepways SLU como anfitrión por las cláusulas que considero abusivas.
