「Ein gemütliches Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Sehr netter Empfang mit vielen Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Balkon ist sehr angenehm. Cafemaschine auf dem Gang ist eine nette Option für Zwischendurch. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack ein wenig zu hart. Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, dafür gibt es von allem etwas: Brot, Müsli, frische Eierspeisen, Yogurt, Käse, Schinken etc. Morgenzeitung top. 「非常值得推荐，位于卢塞恩湖边，老板夫妻二人都很热情，员工服务态度好，我们要去哪里，非常有耐心的讲解，并且把来去的车次都打印出来，早餐也很好吃。非要说缺点就是离卢塞恩有20公里左右。重点推荐。」

The staff was excellent with the most note worthy service being provided by Freya and Lazio. We stayed in the Epoque room which was one of the loveliest beautifully appointed rooms with rounded windows but modern Scandinavian style furniture and a gorgeous up to date bathroom! And the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an outstanding experience and highly recommend this property. 」
