Nice place - walkable in Telluride

The property is just as pictured in the listing. It is quiet and there are nice views from all of the windows. The pool was sadly non functional when we were there but would be a nice asset in the summer months. The host is exceedingly informative and communicative. We appreciated their hospitality. Thanks for a great stay!

Super condo in Telluride

Very comfortable furnishings, excellent location and gorgeous views. The property manager Peter was helpful and responded quickly. The condo worked great for a large family. Favorites: heated flooring in master, steam sauna shower in master, comfortable seating in large living room.

Wonderful condo in amazing location

The condo was fantastic, exactly as described and as per the pictures. Very well setup with everything you could need. Peter was amazing and helpful with everything we needed. The no. 7 chair lift is literally a 2 min walk from the back door - easy to ski home for lunch or a quick break. Highly recommend this place.

Great location because the local free transport (the Galloping Goose) picks you up right outside the building. Great view of Stumper Trail literally right outside the living room window. Wonderful Telluride Condo

Our stay at this Telluride condo was wonderful. The communication with Pam and Peter was friendly and thorough. Peter met our party at the condo even though we arrived late due to a delayed flight. The condo is right at the base of lift 7 and made getting to and from the slopes a breeze. We primarily walked the whole week to the various restaurants, bars, and shops in Telluride but the free Galloping Goose shuttle is available right outside the building if you wish to ride. The condo exceeded our expectations and had plenty of room for our group of 9.

Amazing house

This house was pretty perfect. It was spotless. Beds were comfortable. The pillows were a little hard for me but everyone else was fine with them. The views were great. Lift 7 was so nice to have right there to Start the ski day. My kids used the sleds provided to sled down the hill in front and had so much fun. The toiletries provided were so nice from laundry pods to trash bags and paper towels. The heated floors were so nice to have. Living and dining area were plenty spacious. Kids loved the games. The Galloping Goose was very nice to have but you can also walk to Grocery store and gondola to Mountain Village. We would stay here again for sure .

We had a wonderful time! Easy on and off for skiing. At the edge of town so there is a short walk to town but you don't come to Telluride to sit on your arse anyway 😜 Roomy and comfy, well stocked kitchen. We had a great time! Shari Cedar, Michigan

We came during the summer on a family trip and there was plenty of room for each couple to have their own bedroom for privacy and the we could all sit together in the living area or play games at the large dining table. The shuttle came right outside the door so those that didn't want the walk to town or the gondola could ride. The view was spectacular! We even saw a bear out our window on our last morning there. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to family and friends.

Perfect Ski Getaway

We heard such great things about Telluride and all those great things were true. This property is right next to Ski Lift 7, and we loved getting up in the morning and walking right to the Ski Lift to start the day. We also loved being on the Telluride side of town, which was walking distance to the gondola and all the shops. Peter was very responsive throughout our stay and the property had all the amenities we needed to stay comfortably.

ETTA Two Telluride

Property rated only a three because the cleanliness was poor. Kitchen pots and pans dirty, grill filthy, tv remote batteries dead. -- On the positive two issues (hot water boiler not functional and a parking lot repaving ) while bothersome were handled professionally by Peter and Pam.

Amazing view and location.

Though not all of us decided to "ski-in", on our days off we enjoyed watching skiers and boarders head down Stumper to the Coonskin lift, which is less than a 2 minute walk from the doors of the lower floor of the condo (think 20-30ish yards). Everyone enjoyed their space. The dining room table was big enough for the 8 of us and the coffee table was perfect for puzzling and gaming. The only "down sides" to this particular condo were 1) you need to be prepared to walk up three flights of stairs, and 2) it's a cold walk to and especially from the hot tub. Neither of those things came even close to ruining our stay. Definitely recommend staying on this side of the mountain as opposed to the village, imho. Five stars for sure!

Ski-in, Ski-out super convenient

Property managers (Pam and Peter) were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions from the time we booked the rental and during our stay. The property was in very good condition (recently renovated bathrooms, comfortable and nicely furnished bedrooms and family room). The vaulted ceilings and several windows made the living area feel more spacious. The kitchen was well appointed. The property was close to a ski lift (100 yard walk) which was exactly as we had hoped. As far as negatives - a couple of minor points: the property is on the third floor, and there are no elevators, so not ideal after a day of skiing. Second, when we arrived, we had to open up the slider because there was a strong smell of cleaning solution, maybe rug shampoo ; we noticed the same odor after coming back from a day of skiing too. Not sure of the source but something I would encourage the property owner to look into. Overall, very happy with our choice and would recommend to others.

Perfect Place for Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as described and shown in pictures. All great quality furnishings and soft goods (towels, sheets, etc.). All the bedrooms were roomy and had space for clothes, luggage, etc. The kitchen had all modern appliances and was well appointed. Laundry in unit was helpful as we got muddy on hikes and mountain biking. Views of the mountain were outstanding. Can only imagine what they are like in the winter. Common pool for building was not very big, but worked out ok. Hot tub was roomy. Our only complaint was that there was no broom in unit- we had some crumbs on the kitchen floor, but nothing to do it with (we were on vacation, so I was not overly concerned and my family laughed at me).Management company was professional from first inquiry through to arrival and departure. Jon met us upon arrival and had awesome recommendations for groceries, shopping, activities and eating. Really an awesome stay! Thanks to the owners and management company - we hope to be back for a winter-time stay in the near future.

Mountain Splendor

Etta Place was a sweet location. Steps to the River, which was our favorite daily activity, walking around town and to and from the gondola. Kids loved swimming (however pool needs a new filter and hot tub not functioning). The condo was great with a wonderful balcony looking at the mountains. The kids had fun playing wiffle ball in nearby grass. The unit provided a bunch of fans, which are necessary in the summer, so that was thoughtful. Overall a wonderful stay and our family will be back. Our party included one senior citizen, 4 adults and 4 kids and the beds were great.
