Beautifully Finished 3 Bedroom Condo in Telluride

This newly remodeled three-bedroom/two bath condo is warm and inviting – a great spot for your next Telluride getaway. On the entry level is the first bathroom with shower. Upstairs a half-flight is the full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and living areas as well as the first bedroom with “captain’s bunks” — a twin on top and double on the bottom. There is also a balcony off the living area with views of the ski resort. The living room features a Smart TV for streaming your favorite Apps, a gas fireplace, large sectional sofa with recliner options, and a private deck. Upstairs from the living area are two bedrooms, each with a flat screen TV set up for streaming apps. The spacious and comfortable master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, and private bathroom with luxury-sized shower. The second bedroom features flexible bedding with the option of either two twins or a king (both options pictured in photos). The condo has a stackable washer/dryer, ski storage closet and private wifi. The Telluride Lodge complex is conveniently located on the west end of the town of Telluride. Telluride Lodge features common outdoor and indoor hot tubs (*Occasionally close for maintenance. This ammenity is not guaranteed to be available), gas grills and lots of open space. One free parking space is available on site. The grocery store is adjacent to the complex. Located conveniently across the street from Lift 7, you have all the advantages of great ski access, while still being in the town of Telluride. Telluride is packed full of amazing shops, art galleries, historical sights, day spas, and world class dining. The food in Telluride and Mountain Village is one of the many great things about coming to town. Stroll down Telluride’s main street and find the historic Sheridan Chop House or award winning Brown Dog Pizza. Even if you’re not an avid skier, Telluride has plenty to offer for a great and relaxing Telluride vacation. (BL#00542)

Very nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at Telluride Lodge. This property is very clean and very recently updated on the inside. It sleeps 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) comfortably.

Telluride 2022

The property was beautiful inside and had been newly renovated in kitchen and bathroom areas. It is in a great location, next to Clark’s and across the street from the the town loop bus and chair lift #7. Julie was fantastic and replied quickly to all of our questions. Wifi was not the best but we were able to reset it and then it worked better! Would definitely stay here again, our family of 6 had a great time!

Nice Telluride Stay

The Good: The property itself was great two of us. Very nice update. Kitchen is a bit small but ‘New’. And updates made it feel that way. The large couch was great in the living room. Lots of space for us especially when our 2 kids came in for the weekend to join. Couch had sections which allowed for full recline. Very nice after long day in the mountains. Bathrooms as well have been updated. Very comfortable. The master bedroom had a great set up with windows on both sides of the bed which we could open for air flow. The Condo can get warm in the late summer afternoons. TV’s in master, guest and living rooms. All with cable. Very easy to operate. All appeared to be new and fairly large in each room. The Tell. Lodge is approx 3/4 of a mile from the center of town which forces you to get exercise every time you ventured out for lunch, dinner, hikes or to the gondola. Overall a good location. Loved the keypad lock on the front door. Easy access without having to have a key. We enjoyed the overall experience. The Not so Good. There is no Bathtub which my wife missed. Much needed for soaking feet, legs, body after long daily hikes. Checking in was not easy. We arrived after dark around 8pm and there is NO WAY to tell where your condo is. There are 3 rows of condos, 3, 4 and 5 buildings (thank goodness i knew we were in the #5 building or it would have been worse) but no lights to see where to go, no telling if we entered into the front or back, No numbers on the outside to see at night where we were. Took us approx. 30 min. in the dark to find out place. One of the bedrooms is Small, appears to be crammed in a closet. My son stayed there 2 nights with no complaints, but it is way to small to call it a bedroom. Deck is also too small. Would have loved to have spent mornings with coffee or afternoons with Drink on the deck, but is very tight space. The outside hazed windows, were covered with Cobwebs, the complex needs to clean them, it is nasty. The “worst“ Was the fireplace was very hard to figure out. Instructions on the keypad are not good and the manual in the kitchen is useless. Even worse, it broke down on the last 3-4 days. Main issue here is it is the heat for the downstairs living area. And as luck would have it, a coldfront snowfall came in the last 3-4 days!!! The central heat gage in bedroom, doesn't regulate liv rm well. If Lvg Rm comfortable-Bdrm is Hot. Bdrm Comfortble - Livng Rm COLD!
