Wonderful house

My family and I stayed at this house and absolutely loved it. The house was very clean, roomy and had incredible views. The pool was right behind the house and it was very easy to walk into town via the trails. We loved this property and would stay here during our next visit.

Great place and location sans hot tub

It is a nice very well equipped unit quite close to the lifts. The only black mark — and it was a big one for our group — was that the hot tub did not work throughout our seven day stay. We rented the unit in large measure because it was listed as having a hot tub which we find essential after a day of skiing.

Nice Stay on the edge of town.

Good value for Telluride! We utilized the city free bus service, which stops in front of unit every 15 minutes. The unit was well stocked with supplies and pictures were accurate.

Ski Trip

We had an excellent ski trip and the location is perfect. It is a great benefit to be on the ground floor. Chair #7 is just steps away right out the back door. The Galloping Goose (Town Loop) shuttle stops right outside the front door. The gondola lift is a 5 minute ride on the shuttle. It is so easy to access the town and ski slopes from this unit. The unit has everything needed to cook and is as advertised.

The views flare exactly as posted on the listing, breathtaking! Nice location on the edge of town. Can walk to the market for morning coffee. The hot tub was out of order during our stay, however management did work with us to mmmmm for other options due to this inconvenience and it was being fixed as we were leaving. Would recommend to others

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen comes fully equipped which meant a lot to us as we cooked in all three nights. Beds were comfortable and entire place very clean. Check in and out not as smooth as I would have liked it. The housekeeping was complete on our unit but they did not communicate that to the main office that releases the code so we could unpack. The lockbox was frustrating on the departure. Just left keys inside unit instead. Other than those few items…we would highly recommend this condo as it is also walkable to town or you can access the free trolly.

Christmas vacation

Nice condo, very clean and comfortable. This is our 4th time staying in Telluride during the holiday. We have stayed in mountain village, house on pacific ave and condo in town. Pros of our stay…well stocked with necessities, comfy beds, TV in every room, nice furnishings, Cons…thin walls. We could hear everyone above us at all hours, walking shower, flushing toilet, etc.. far from town and gondola, although there is a town shuttle to take you to town, hot tub is old and if someone is using, your pretty much out of luck. Also exceptional stays sent us email confirming our stay and they are here to help. I emailed them to get a list of grocery delivery options and never heard back. Also wanted to see if there were options for Christmas decorations and never heard. Other places we have stayed were super accommodating and responsive to our needs. All and all nice and clean condo but not sure it is worth the amount we paid compared to other stays we have had in Telluride.
