Welcome to Le Chamonix B, an AvantStay home!
Nestled in the core of Mountain Village, seconds from the gondola, ski school, and ski area, Le Chamonix is in a perfect location.
Guests enter the studio from the second floor accessed by elevator. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a sitting and living area. The living room has a 26-inch flatscreen TV, an electric fireplace, and a pull-down closet housing a new firm queen memory foam mattress for the murphy bed. To the right is the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for four. Down the hall from the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower.
*Home Truths:*
- This studio home is perfect for a maximum of two people occupancy. The condo is located on the main walkway of a shared complex.
- There is no A/C at this property.
- Complex amenities include a ski locker for each unit and elevator access.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home does not offer a washer or dryer.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
- This unit is located on the 2nd floor above Boot Doctors, with elevator access available.
- Please note, the lot behind this complex is currently under construction, with a new hotel being built.
Parking Details:
- This property accommodates one vehicle per unit on a first-come, first-served basis in spaces labeled Le Chamonix.
- Parking is available in a nearby garage, a short walk from the units. Please allow a few minutes to reach the entrance from the garage.
- Garage Height: 7'6"
- Local parking lots available for additional fees. Please see the booking hub for more details once booking is confirmed.
- There is no street parking.
- Please note that no reimbursement will be given if guests cannot use the spot provided.
A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
