On a busy Fourth of July weekend, when the owner of the unit left the property manager high and dry, they went above and beyond to try to make sure the check-in time and communication didn’t ruin our plans for a great Fourth of July getaway.The unit was great, location was the best. All the amenities you needed for a full kitchen set up, and we easily had enough space for everybody in the unit.I worked from the patio every morning at sunrise, and walked two blocks to get bagels and donuts at baked in Telluride, and it was only one block for us to go get in line for the gondola.This would be an amazing unit to have for ski and ski out privileges that rival almost any unit in the mountain.Luke, at wild Oak, was exceptionally helpful. And the house Cleaners did an amazing job, my props to them on short notice getting done what they had to do with limited time in a situation they didn’t create.Sometimes it’s not about being perfect, it’s about how you recover from a mistake. Life throws curve balls, sometimes you still have to make connection to see the game through.Thank you.
