Great property

Loved the property. Plenty of room for 4 grown children and 2 adults. Nicely spread out so everyone felt like they had their own space. Well stocked kitchen for cooking in (dishes & cooking utensils - side note, no pepper or butter and the vegetable oil was slightly dated). The ski access was amazing. A short walk down the street to a double green slope (Bridges) made it super easy to come and go as we pleased.

A winters retreat

Stayed in February for a week with fam and friends. Place was great. Good size--multifloors was nice with kids--they could get lost "downstairs." Hot tub was very nice. Place was large and roomy. Only downside was that it snowed a little while we were there and our vehicle was not able to back out of the driveway and then drive up the road--i.e., every time we backed out and onto the road we were stuck unable to drive up the road (and thus, toward the gondola) b/c the road is sloped and our wheels spun. So, we would have to reverse down the road for about 100 yards to a flatter section and then start the trek up. The fix for this is easy: don't rent a two-wheel drive minivan if you're going in the winter. This is not a problem with the house--just a problem of not having the right vehicle for winter weather in the mountains. We'd go back. Nice place.

There were greta things and not os great things...

We thought the deck should have been three to four times bigger. Also the bunkroom should have it's own shower. The impact in our case of 8 people using the main floor shower was intense to say the least! The views were magnificent and rainbows every nigh, that past was magical. Telluride has done an excellent job of making sure getting around is easy . The kitchen was as well supplied as any rental I've ever been in. We cooked every night for 20 so it was wonderful to have a fully stocked kitchen.,

Great Location in a nice home

This house is well equipped in the kitchen and we enjoyed our big morning breakfast each day with 5 couples. The house is starting to look a little worn and could use a little TLC. Corner kitchen cabinet does not close properly. Molding on the sliding door was falling off but we repaired it. A little mold in the lower level hall bathroom shower. The bedrooms worked but they are small and it was tough to store our clothes in the smaller rooms. This home may work very well with a family with children but was a little too smal for 5 adult couples. Overall it was nice and made for a relaxing stay for our destination wedding.
