Set on Sunset Plaza, this inviting one-bedroom condo puts you right in the center of the action year-round. In winter, enjoy prime ski access just steps away, making first tracks and easy midday breaks part of your daily routine. When the snow melts, Mountain Village transforms into a scenic hub for hiking, gondola rides, dining, and festivals—all right outside your door.
Inside, the space is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and flexibility. The bedroom features a plush queen bed alongside a twin-size lofted bed, while an additional twin-size mattress/daybed provides extra sleeping space—ideal for small families or groups of friends. The full kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and full fridge/freezer. A dining table for four makes it easy to gather for meals, games, or planning the next adventure.
Guests also enjoy access to ground-floor ski lockers, making gear storage simple and convenient—perfect for longer stays or powder-filled days.

- There is no A/C at this property.
- The complex offers a common laundry room and ski lockers for each unit.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc., when booking these dates.
- Please note, as a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
Parking Details:
- There is one assigned parking spot in the garage for this unit.
- Garage Height: 6'8".
- Local parking lots available for additional fees. Please see the booking hub for more details once booking is confirmed.
- No street parking.
- Large vehicles will not fit. No reimbursement will be given if guests cannot use the spot provided.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
