Spring Break 2024

We had another amazing stay in Telluride! Cimarron 17 was a beautiful condo. We have stayed in 4 different condos within the complex and this one was convenient, comfortable, and outfitted beautifully. We couldn't have asked for more from the condo itself, as well as the management company. Thank you for another wonderful stay, and until next time!

Telluride Trip

Super easy and convenient. Loved every minute of it. Well appointed. Great location at bottom of lift 7. Telluride Sports on the ground floor was perfect. Lockers outside made it all enjoyable.

Spacious condo in a perfect location

The condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. Both bathrooms had plenty of towels. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bath on each level of this duplex condo and plenty of privacy for 2 couples. All of the kitchen appliances worked well. The Wifi worked well for video streaming. The location is very convenient - right at the base of one of the ski lifts and a short 10 minute walk to the main part of downtown. The supermarket is only a 5 to 10 minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Amazing location for skiing, solid condo

If you want to ski Telluride and stay in the town (as opposed to Mt. Village), this is a great place. Lift 7 is 20 meters out your door, Telluride town center is a very pleasant 10 minute walk along the river path. Condo itself is standard-issue skiing condo. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen equipment is serviceable, not a chef's kitchen. Management company is extremely responsive and professional. All-in-all, a great place to stay for week of skiing at Telluride!

Condo was exactly as described! We loved being a few feet from the chairlift and being a ten minute walk to town. The condo itself was stocked with everything you would need. It was a huge bonus to have some laundry detergent there also! My only con is the very high vrbo fee. Other than this everything was great and exactly as depicted.

Amazing ski trip in Telluride

We stayed at this property this past March and absolutely loved it, we stay often in telluride, in town, in Mountain Village, and sometimes outside of town on the Mesa - This had to be the best location and one of the best holistic properties. We loved the functionality of the very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, large smart TVs, and proximity to Lift 7 and the galloping goose shuttle. The condo, with the two floors and ample windows, has a really big feel. We absolutely couldn't find anything to complain about - and will likely stay here next year if available.

my only neg. feedback was the hot tub appeared as if it was a private thing from the photos....it was a communal hot tub pretty far walk in swim suit! We didn't even use it. Perhaps offer robes for people to walk to and fro!

We had a great time. The garage code did not work with two different codes. Management helped each time. The location of condo is perfect for chair 7. You just open door and chair is in front of you. Place is perfect for 3-4 but no more. We used galloping goose for transportation or walked to restaurants The condo is completely stocked and very clean. Thanks again and hope to return

Great Ski-in Ski-out Location right by the lift

We had an great experience. The condo had everything we needed. We had 4 adults with us that were all skiing/boarding so the proximity to the lift was perfect. The location of the condo is a little ways from the restaurants so driving or taking the free shuttle was the way to go. Everything in the condo was very well taken care of and looks to be recently remodeled. The mattresses were much softer than I like but that is purely personal preference. Overall, excellent stay and would rent again. Thanks.

Wonderful condo, recently updated, very clean! Views of the chairlift and gondola, right on the river path, and the mountain is just steps away. Fully stocked even including kitchen essentials, including salt and pepper, coffee and mini-creamers! We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.
