Welcome to Vista Ridge, hosted by InvitedHome. This three bedroom and three bath townhome spreads across four levels. The living room features multi-level windows that afford guests stunning views of the San Juan mountains, and on the back deck, outdoor seating and a gas grill create an unbeatable space for al fresco cooking and dining.

The private indoor hot tub and sauna have beautiful views out of floor-to-ceiling windows, to take in the scenery without ever leaving the warmth of the home.

On the fourth floor, a guest bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite with a glass-framed shower/tub combination and large vanity. The main bedroom, which features a king bed, exceptional views, and a private ensuite, is located on the second level. On the first floor, find the third guest bedroom, which has a king bed that can be separated into two twin beds.

In the living room, plush couches surround a large stone fireplace, and in the adjacent dining room, a large table has seating for six guests. The kitchen features fine wood cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a breakfast bar with additional seating for two guests. This gem of a home is ski and hike in/out on the Meadows green run, walkable to the heart of Mountain Village core for shops and restaurants - Unbeatable location.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- There is parking for one car in the garage and one car in the driveway.
- Ski-in/out access is available from the home onto the Meadows ski run.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
