Spacious and Bright Penthouse at the Peaks in Mountain Village

Located in The Peaks Resort in the Telluride Mountain Village, this gorgeous, 2-bedroom/2 bath penthouse was completely remodeled in 2021. It has spectacular views, modern decor, and a spacious living area.

The open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen with an oversized quartz island that includes seating for six, large living room complimented by a gas fireplace, 55" flat screen TV with included Hulu LIVE streaming and live tv service, fiber wifi network, and high end queen-sized memory foam sofa sleeper.

A corner unit, the penthouse enjoys beautiful views of the St Sophia Ridge through the large windows on both the east and north sides, as well as from the large, private balcony. The views from the balcony to the west offer an unobstructed 270 degree panorama including the Telluride ski area.

The luxurious master bedroom offers a king bed, 50" flat screen tv with Hulu LIVE streaming service, and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is appointed with a king bed, has direct balcony access, and a 50 " tv with Hulu LIVE service as well. Together with the sofa sleeper, this unit sleeps up to 6 comfortably. There is also in-unit laundry with a stackable washer/dryer.

While in residence at the Penthouse, guests enjoy complimentary use of the 42,000 sq. ft. Spa at the Peaks. The spa features indoor/outdoor pool, lap pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, sauna & steam rooms, fitness center, wellness classes, and more.
All Parking at the Peaks Resort is Valet and fees do apply for all vehicles. Penthouse residences do not receive hotel-style housekeeping services.
The Peaks Resort is just steps from the pedestrian core of the Mountain Village where you will find dining, shopping, nightlife and the gondola to downtown Telluride. Also enjoy premier ski-in/ski-out access to the Telluride Ski Resort via the complimentary ski valet. Summer guests can obtain limited golf access at times per the Peaks Resort partnership with Telluride Golf Club (subject to change, inquire directly for details). (BL#001352)

Loved The Peaks Penthouse

Stayed this September with another couple. The views from the unit are stunning. Morning light fantastic. Well stocked kitchen with most everything you would need to cook in. Beds were very comfortable. Unit was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again without hesitation. Location in Mountain Village is very convenient.

Great Lodging in Mountain Village!

Lovely condo with stunning views of the mountains! Easy access to restaurants, City Market and the gondolas. Loved taking the gondola into Telluride-so easy! We look forward to our next adventure in that area!

Peak perfection!

Beautifully updated condo in a fantastic location! It had everything we needed to have a wonderful Christmas vacation away from home. Our family of four and 2 small dogs were super comfortable the whole stay! The property managers were super responsive to any questions we had and quick to help. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Snowboard Vacation

This unit is located inside the main Peak Resorts building so all the amenities are short walk away. You can make use of the resort's ski valet and enjoy true ski-in / ski-out access to the slopes. The unit is on the corner of the building and gets mountain view in two directions. The kitchen is modern and well appointed and the rest of the unit is very comfortable for 4 people. The only slight negative is the water takes a long time to get hot in the bathrooms. You need to plan to start the hot water at least 5 minutes before you want to use it. I assume its because the unit sits a long ways from boiler, but the owners of the unit might want to think about investing in a tankless water heater next time they update the place. Again, that was only a very minor inconvenience and did not negatively impact a great stay.

Beautiful Penthouse but several issues

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo but there were several issues that we had to call about-no hot water when we arrived, both toilets keep running unless you jiggle the handle, the smoke detector in the living room was sitting on the table and another in the bedroom was not hooked up and finally the light over the sink in the master bath was burned out so I couldn’t see to put in my makeup. We called about these issues and got the hot water and the master smoke alarm connected but the other issues still need to be resolved. Despite these issues, this is a beautiful condo with amazing views of the gourgeous mountain village of Telluride.
