The home was built by one of Telluride's most respected luxury builders, so the quality of materials and building practices are above and beyond! The entry-level has ample room for coats, shoes, and boots. There is room in the garage for one vehicle to keep the windshield scraping to a minimum and plenty of ski/board storage. Located just 2 miles from the center of Telluride, the location is out of the hustle and bustle of the town, but also easily accessible by car, public transportation, and a bike and walking path that runs to Telluride on the east and the Valley Floor, Lawson Hill and hiking along the river to the west.
