Bright and modern ground-floor apartment with sunlight streaming in from both east and west—perfect for enjoying sunrise and sunset. Recently remodeled, the space is fresh, efficient, and naturally comfortable with great airflow and temperature.

Located just steps from the supermarket and a short stroll to the lively part of town—close enough for convenience, yet quietly tucked away for a peaceful stay.
Guests appreciate the spotless interior, complimentary parking, and peaceful ambiance. Many return time and again, drawn by the understated charm and exceptional comfort. The space features a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, a luxurious queen bed, smart TV, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The building is well maintained affording pleasant and safe surroundings.
