Fantastic location even better condo!

This is our 5th time to Mountain Village, our normal place was unavailable. I am glad to have found this place soooo nice, very clean, very beautifully decorated! The views from every room were outstanding!

Amazing views in the heart of Mountain Village

We have been coming to Telluride for over 10 years and stayed in several places, and this is one of the very best locations to stay for ski-in ski-out in Mountain Village/Telluride. The views are amazing for sunrises and sunsets, along with great outdoor sitting areas off the porches and a private hot tub. It was especially convenient to have ski locker storage in the lobby. High end appliances and finishes, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful decor, and extremely helpful property managers. There was plenty of room for my family of six. We will definitely stay here again. .

Great location and views

Great location in Mountain Village. Great views. The unit is very nice and comfortable. The management and check in process was very good. Only negative was the 2 main bedrooms have very large windows. They are nice, but do not have blinds all the way up. The restaurant lights come in at night as does the early morning sun. They should fix this. Other than that it is a great place.

Granita Penthouse - Mixed Review

This was our 2nd stay at Granita Penthouse, which wasn’t as fabulous as the first time. It’s BEAUTIFUL, clean and location is ideal. Views are stunning. Images accurately reflect the property. The downsides…this appears to be an investment that the owner takes no pride in. -Hot tub - broken heater discovered on our arrival day before check in, no part available, wasn’t repaired during our stay. Management company didn’t keep us updated, and we needed to reach out for updates. -Reverted to use steam shower in the main bathroom after a long day of activities (since no hot tub)…that didn’t work either. -Coffee maker - leaked all over counter the first morning, management company promptly replaced with a new $15 pot that made coffee that tasted like plastic chemicals. -Patio not clean..covered with dead bugs/flies. -Washer/dryer has seen better days. -Safety - door lock to main building lobby broken.

Doesn’t Get Any Better

Aside from the best location for skiing, everything else is as convenient. Magnificent views all around. Everything is new, including best hot tub in town! We’re between houses in Telluride and after staying here, we’re rethinking the location of our next house. If time is precious and you want convenience and top-shelf experience, this is your place.
