“They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. ”

“Für uns als Gruppe waren die Küchen in jedem Zimmer perfekt. Wir konnten unsere Lebensmittel kühlen und unser Frühstück selbst zubereiten. Abends nutzten wir die gemütlichen Sofas in der Lobby. Die Fenster hielten den Straßenlärm super ab.”

"It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition. "
