We stayed three nights to celebrate our family Christmas. There were 14 of us. Myself, my 3 adult children and their spouses and my 7 grandchildren. We rented the entire estate. It was really beautiful and super clean and well stocked. The property manager, Stephanie, was excellent. I would stay again and would recommend this home to anyone. Temecula is also a fun town to hang around in.

The property listing doesn’t begin to show how wonderful this property is. The house, casita, apartment and grounds are wonderful. The pool, hot tub and fire pit are added pluses. There were holiday decorations everywhere - a wonderful surprise that made things even more special. There were 12 of us staying there, ranging in age from 11 to 76. We had so much room and places where each of us could find some quiet time if we wanted it. Stephanie was responsive to all our questions and did so always in a timely fashion. We all agree that if we are able, we will return to Chateau Blanc.

A bunch of my old friends rented this large property for a weekend reunion. Because we rented the whole estate, there were 3 separate houses for us to spread out in, giving people plenty of privacy and all 13 people their own beds. The location was great for going into old town, pechanga, and doing a wine tour nearby. The estate itself is also quite pretty, and relatively secluded from nearby neighbors. There's some things that don't make it feel as deluxe as it could be; cheaping out on toilet paper, and charging high cleaning fees despite asking for removal of bedsheets/towels/trashbags at checkout (13% of our total cost was cleaning fees). These were simply minor annoyances, and didn't majorly alter our enjoyment of the estate. Overall, we had a great weekend, and would definitely consider coming back with our group!

We rent a house annually to celebrate Thanksgiving with extended family. There were 20 of us; 12 adults and 8 children. The bedroom configurations worked out perfectly; the upstairs bathroom with 2 bedrooms is very tight to share so we ended up sharing the master bath. The house was on the warmer side so we slept with windows open; as the air conditioner setting were locked at 70 degrees. The property grounds are very well maintained and very comfortable for enjoying the pool. Unfortunately, the above ground hot tub was in a completely different area and very small (4 person at best). We had children so it was just very inconvenient. The bedrooms were as shown and ditto for the baths. In the main house there were 2 area rugs that were shag carpets, one in the living room and one under the dining table. We all felt that the rugs needed replacement and did not seem very hygienic. Directions to the stove would be very helpful as well. We paid the additional fee to heat the pool and it was heated to the desired temperature during our entire stay. If Monday is included in your stay be aware that the gardeners are on the grounds all day. We opted to do an outing as we had children with us and really didn’t feel okay having the kids in the yard and pool. We enjoyed the area and the pretty view of the vineyards.

The property exceeded our expectations. We had 15 people and used the main house as well as the loft and casita, never feeling crowded at any point. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out. We utilized the grill, pool and hot tub and were able to explore the surrounding wineries. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend if you are in the Temecula area.

We stayed in all 3 units at the estate. The hostess (Stephanie) was super responsive before and during the trip and the property was great. The views were amazing and location was convenient—we didn’t get to do much wine tasting but the wineries were close, one within walking distance. The WiFi at the property was strong enough for our large family and the cell service was good too. Great times were had by all in our group!

We could not have asked for a better experience. We made use of every space. My husband and I stayed in the cottage. The ring bearer and flower girl and her parents stayed above the garage and said it was perfect and quiet. The groom’s party stayed in the main home and loved watching Football and playing poker. We wish the weather would have been nicer to have enjoyed the beautiful pool. The grounds were so well kept too. The kitchen was fully stocked, both in the main house and cottage. And everything was so clean and tidy. I would love to have stayed longer. All of our guests kept saying how much they enjoyed it.

We are a group of 10 bookkeeping professionals who come together a few times a year to collaborate and build our businesses. We chose this property this time, and we were not disappointed at all! We loved our stay. We had plenty of room to spread out and work apart from each other, yet when we needed to come together, the common spaces were large enough to hold all of us. The kitchen island was amazing to prepare meals on, and the table was the perfect size to hold us all so we could eat together. The beds were comfortable, and have I mentioned LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION???? We had some issues with the hot tub during our stay, and the host was very responsive, sending the pool maintenance people out to repair it. We absolutely would stay here again!

The house is well cleaned nd very well supplied. The kitchen has every possible appliance (coffee maker, kettle, etc.). The guide book is very clear and well-organized. The electronic lock makes it very easy to access the house and to provide the code to all guests. This house has more stringent requirements for cleaning (guests have to empty all bathroom trashcans, remove all linens and clean the kitchen) than other VRBO properties we have used, but the rules seem fair, and very well explained. And the house is remarkably clean and efficient. The owners have thought of every single detail. One comment - there is no door between the master bedroom and master bath, adding it would make the master suite more perfect. Overall, a great stay and a beautiful home.

This was the perfect home for us to host our extended family for our daughter’s wedding week. We had 19 people and lots of room to spread out since we rented the entire property. I couldn’t have envisioned having a better time. They allowed us to have the hair and makeup people to arrive and had plenty of room to set up in the downstairs master suite. The only shortcomings (and they were very minor) was the ice maker doesn’t seem to work well, and it would be awesome to have a gas fire pit outside for chilly evenings, or maybe a heater like they do at restaurants. The evenings were chilly, (but perfect weather!). Thank you!

We loved this property. It was a bit of a drive but the view of the sunset, mountains, vineyard and the property benefits made it so worth every mile and penny! We had a large work team who were all new to each other. This home provided a space for our group of 10 to have their own beds, those to have their own rooms that needed it, minimal bathroom sharing, laundry services and a full kitchen to share meals in. We utilized the outdoor space for grilling and evening hangouts as well as the huge kitchen table and nice living room area to spend so much time getting to know one another. Plus, Temecula was such a clean, inviting, beautiful place to stay in. A great find!

I have rented many properties over the years but never one that has been so true to the pictures and descriptions. We had 14 in our group and it was perfect! Stephanie was a delight to work with. We took her advice about heating the pool for the kids due to the cold overnight temps and it was perfect from the minute we arrived! I cannot think of one single critical comment - it was simply a perfect property and an awesome vacation! We will be back!

We rented Chateau Blanc for us and our extended family for our sons wedding. Stephanie was very easy to communicate with. The house is even more beautiful in person, especially the grounds, you can tell it is well tended. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need during your stay including a complete coffee bar. The location was perfect, very close to wineries, groceries and shopping, hot air ballooning, etc. We utilized the main house and the apartment above the garage. One thing to be aware of is one of the bedrooms in the main house is right off the entry way with minimal privacy and doesn’t have easy access to a bathroom on the main floor since the two other bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Other than that it was one of the best VBRO’s we’ve stayed at.

The property is even better than the pictures! The Chateau was very clean, comfortable, and beat our expectations. There was plenty of room for 7 adults. We enjoyed the pool, outside patio with beautiful view, gas grill and well-equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was provided. Our favorite part was the view of the vineyard directly outside the master bedroom and the quiet neighborhood. We can't wait to return! Our experience with TLV Vacation Homes was first rate.
