Beautiful place with tons of fun stuff!

My family and friends recently stayed here and this property was so beautiful and the perfect getaway. It had tons of stuff for us to do like board games, spa, waterslide, and soccer nets. The host was very helpful and we are so grateful we had a nice stay! Can’t wait to come again in the summer!

We enjoyed our time in the house with relatively nice gathering area, good kitchen, and plenty of room for guests to stay and sleep.Piano was a good addition since we had a piano player among us.Overall it was a good experience.

Family Fun in Temecula

The property is as pictured! Lots of space both in and out. Suite in garage added bonus for family members that need their own space. The house needs a good deep clean and some things need repair but it did not deter from our enjoyment of time with family! Outdoor space and views are amazing and location is perfect for anything you want to do in Temecula. Lumta was always available to answer any questions we had about the area and the house. I would recommend.

Really loved this home. Location was great - beautiful private hilltop, wonderful views, yet just minutes from many wineries. The outdoor areas were fabulous. Felt like your own private resort. Will definitely return.

Awesome Pool and Private

We had a great time! The house was very nice and the back yard is very spacious. We loved the tropical pool with waterfall and the volleyball / badminton court. Its also only a few minutes from the wineries.

Birthday Fun

Celebrated my 47th Birthday at this beautiful home with some close friends. The property is stunning and we already discussed returning when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy the amenities of the backyard properly and maybe even have a hot air balloon ride. Went for a relaxing morning walk in the neighborhood. The area is just so gorgeous and peaceful. My girlfriends and I loved staying there. We opted to stay in for breakfast and dinner and found what we needed to make our meals in the house. Wineries are super close. It was just such a great weekend. Looking forward to returning! Thank you Lumta!!!

Oasis with some glitches

The house and pool are amazing. The house was clean. The pool was clean enough, the walls could use a good scrubbing. My kids were disappointed that they couldn’t actually slide down the slide and that we couldn’t get the lights and other features working. There also were spiderwebs everywhere on the pool deck/grill area. Although when you check in there is a warning to keep doors close due to wildlife sneaking in, we were disappointed that we found mice in the house. We reported to the host, who said she’d have her pest guy take a look after our stay. I wish I had asked for it to happen sooner. It is relatively rural so mice are not unexpected, I would have like to see some kind of mitigation for them.

Our recent holiday weekend spent at this incredible vacation rental was nothing short of a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the amazing property, the mesmerizing rock formation pool with its thrilling water slide and cascading waterfall, the breathtaking views, and the impeccable cleanliness of the home. Firstly, let me start by expressing our utmost admiration for the stunning property. The moment we laid eyes on it, we knew we were in for a truly exceptional experience. Nestled amidst a picturesque landscape, the vacation rental boasted a seamless blend of modern luxury and natural beauty. The architecture was both impressive and inviting, creating a sense of anticipation as we entered. The real showstopper, however, was undoubtedly the rock formation pool. The water slide and waterfall elevated the entire experience to a whole new level of excitement. Our kids were overjoyed, spending hours laughing, splashing, and sliding down the water slide. Even the adults couldn't resist joining in on the fun! It was an exhilarating experience that brought out the childlike wonder in all of us. The breathtaking views from the property were simply awe-inspiring. Whether we were enjoying a cup of coffee or unwinding in the comfortable outdoor seating area, we were treated to panoramic vistas that took our breath away. The combination of lush greenery, distant mountains, and glimpses of sparkling water created a tranquil atmosphere that was both rejuvenating

Great location but overall not recommended

The property is in an excellent location. The backyard provides tons of space for kids to play. All of this said, I would not recommend this property to anyone. The place is not cleaned well. Dishes had old dried food on them. Hair and dustballs in corners. Tons of dust, debris on the floors. Our feet were black within a couple of hours. I found an old shampoo wrapper in the shower from a previous guest and the bathroom tub had hair and debris in it upon check in. The beds were not comfortable. This was the report from all 7 of us that slept in them regardless of a pull out or an actual mattress. We attempted to heat the spa for several hours and I promise you, it did not get warm. The manager/owner showed me a report stating it did and dismissed our experience. The most disappointing part of this property is the manager/owner. She is pleasant until you inform her of anything negative. She then gets defensive/dismissive. We informed her the place was not clean. She apologized but then stated her cleaning crew was defending themselves and asked for photos. Be prepared to taken extensive photos if you have any complaint at this property as your word or the 3 photos I had time to take while running after 2 kids will not be acceptable. I waited 2 weeks to post this review to make sure I felt it was still necessary to share. As a short term property owner myself, the last thing I want is to give another person a negative review but this was unacceptable.

Such an amazing spot to stay at! Had such a blast with the entire house and had no issues what so ever! Communication with Lutma was the best as she responded to all my questions really quickly and any concerns I had was all answered as well. This place is a spot that you should have to not think about booking because I am most definitely going to return when in Temecula!

It was honestly the lack of hot water showers took forever to get warm and then it wasn't even hott. And the biggest attraction was the pool but it cost so much to heat that's it is not an available option. And my kids did muster the courage to go into the cold water but the slide for some reason didn't slide very well and they had to push themselves down the slide. So that was a bummer....... The house is beautiful well laid out, very quiet neighborhood. I just wish something could be done about the hot water in all areas.....

My friends and I booked this stay for my bachelorette weekend. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The backyard is stunning, the home is big and clean. The host was kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Family Paradise

This property exceeded my expectations. My kids and grandkids thoroughly enjoyed themselves for the 2 1/2 days we were there. The pool was the highlight to our trip. It brought so much joy to us knowing that this was the best vacation our family had ever had. We hope to be able to do this same trip again. Waterfalls in paradise, what a place to relax!

Overall I was very happy with my stay here. The house and property were beautiful and clean. We had enough rooms to fit everyone and the beds were comfy as well. The spa was perfect for a cooler evening and having the large fountain on in the pool made you feel as you were relaxing near a real waterfall in hawaii. My only complaint with the whole property is that the motion sensor in the master bathroom likes to turn off after 8 seconds and will startle you if it's the first time haha.

Big space but needs some serious cleaning and to be better equipped

We celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday here with family and paid a lot of money for the space. We were seriously disappointed in the home altogether. It really needed a deep cleaning, and the kitchen was so ill equipped. We could barely make do. It was difficult to even find toilet paper and soap. For the amount of money this place is I wouldn’t say it’s worth it.

Great house for families

We had a fabulous stay, the house was very clean. The layout was perfect for a big family or multiple families. It is gated so you feel very safe having your kids run around. The view is great and the house is fully stocked with anything you need. Our only compliant is that the water system and pool could use some good updating. The shower and pool were the two main things we were excited about… it takes at the very LEAST 5-10 mins for the water to heat up( not a big deal) but the master shower also could use some maintenance. It was very weak, barely worked and will only get Luke warm. The pool also needs some love, the spa water level was very low and the slide needs to be redone. Our kids tried to slide down it and scratched up their butts, it’s definitely not usable until fixed.
