The only minus is that the bedroom gets too hot to sleep in after 9am (in the summer). Placing additional A/C unit in the bedroom would help. Proper black out curtains and better communication from the host would be our only suggestions. There was only 2 of us, I think 4 people would have been too much of a squeeze.
