Lots of room

The house is very nice and spacious. But, there were several negative aspects to our stay. I will try to reach out to the host and hopefully, these issues will be resolved before other quest stay here. It is a nice house and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Great stay in Temple

This home is in a convenient location just a few minutes off I-35. Quiet neighborhood with a fenced-in yard for our pups. Check-in process was easy and the property owners were friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great stay!

Nice house in nice neighborhool

Our family enjoyed the stay at the house. We were in town for a family wedding and the house worked well for our group. The house was very clean and lots of room for everyone. Weird loft staircase for one of the bedrooms but for a short stay it was okay. Plenty of hot water, towels and beds were very decent. Only a few small gotchas, like very small soap bars, ice machine not putting out much ice and slippery main bathroom tub (until we found the non-slip mat).

Granddaughter 1st birthday party

We traveled into town for our granddaughter’s 1st birthday party. The house was perfect for our extended family and had plenty of room without crowding each other. Our son-in-law is stationed at Fort Hood so We definitely will be back to stay.

Cozy home

Stayed with family for graduation and this home was roomy, and had lots of open spaces to allow us to visit. Nice porch area for morning coffee, and comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated, roomy garage for parking, and well stocked kitchen. Close to everything. Fantastic stay!

Great location with all the amenities of home

We so enjoyed our stay at this property. It had a full kitchen with all the things we needed for meals. As parents of toddlers, we really appreciated the baby gates ready for us to use. Mallory was incredibly responsive through the messaging app with any questions or concerns we had. Thank you for making our mini-family reunion wonderful!

Weekend Get Away

This property was as expected based on the listing. It was clean and lots of room in the house to gather and hang out. The outdoor space is amazing. We were not able to use due to rain but it is worth the mention.

Great for families

We were in town for a last minute trip after the passing of Grandma. Our cousins & their kids shared the house with us. There was plenty of space to be together as a unit in the living spaces. There were beds & individual spaces away from the group for kids nap time or just to get away. Great option! We greatly appreciated being able to come in a bit early to shower after our 17 hour drive before we went to the funeral home!

Not a home for people with limited mobility

We were a group of 9 adults over the age of 60. One of the rooms that was listed as a bedroom was a loft that had more of a ladder to the room. If I had known that prior to arriving I would not have rented the house. It was not set for people' that have limited mobility. It was charming and open. There were great appliances. The lighting at the front door was not working and left it dark at night. Making it danagerous with a step down that you could not see in the dark. . It was a It was tothroom

Perfect for a family gathering

Our family had a wonderful time in this rental home. The instructions provided for check-in, wifi, and clean up were all clear and provided promptly. The front door code box was not working, but the owner knew this and provided another way to unlock the property. Even with a few undisclosed details and improper room listing, I gave our visit 5 stars because it did not distract from our ability to enjoy a family gathering and have a great time together. It is evident that the host spent a great amount of time thinking of the comforts and needs of her guests. We gathered in January for a post Christmas gift exchange with family. Our host had all the Christmas decorating up and a tree. This was an unexpected but delightful sunrise. It made our get-together that much more merrier. I have made a full list of the perks and advisories of this home below. Pros: •Big open living room and dining areas, lots of space for gathering. •Great covered patio with lots of seating. •Communication from the owner is excellent. •Well decorated space with care and attention to details. •Keirig coffee maker, espresso machine, extra sheets, bathroom ammenadies, extra towels, and blankets. •Crib and high chair on site. •Primary king bedroom is huge and sweetly furnished. •Convenient location to stores and activities. •Very quiet neighborhood. •A coffee bar was set up with sweeteners and creamers. Advisories: •House was clean but not deep cleaned. Cobwebs and dust in every room. •Listed with 5 rooms. The queen room does not have a door, so it does not qualify as a room but as a loft. I would have made different sleeping arrangements with one of my couples had I known. The loft room with two twin beds has a sort of door that does not truly seal. •The queen room is listed with a pull out couch. It is not a pull out couch. It is just a couch. •The stairs to both the loft twins and the queen are not elderly friendly and are in part of the house that was an addition, so it has low ceilings. Use these rooms for teens or pre-teens. •The angle on the stairs for the twin loft will not be suitable for toddlers. •If you plan to make pancakes, bring your own griddle. •You can feel the house is not level, there are problems with some doors not opening and others that will not close properly to lock (bathroom). •The cookware provided has been well used by other guests. If you want a skillet that has a non-stick surface, bring one from home or make a run to Wal-Mart as we did.
